Mold Making
Meiban is a high-quality mold and tool maker capable of crafting precision molds for machines with clamping forces ranging from 15 to 550 tons. Our experienced tooling team specializes in a wide range of mold types, including 2K and 3K, micro, medical, connector, automotive, gas injection, optical, cosmetic, and rapid-cool molds, all built to meet demanding industry standards.

Liquid Silicon Rubber
As a pioneer in silicone technology, Meiban provides full LSR molding capabilities for medical, consumer and industrial applications. Leveraging automated liquid injection and precision curing systems, we achieve exceptional volumetric consistency, minimizing flash and ensuring reliable performance.

Compression Molding Silicon Rubber

Carbon Fiber Overmolding
Meiban has developed an innovative process that integrates carbon fiber fabric with injection overmolding to produce thin-wall, high-strength parts. Unlike traditional thermoset methods such as wet layup or resin transfer molding, this approach reduces cycle time by up to 98%, enabling mass production within under one minute.
Through optimized material preparation, protective films, and precision cutting jigs, fraying is minimized and molding quality stays consistent. Testing shows a 45% improvement in puncture impact resistance versus standard polypropylene, proving that Meiban’s carbon overmolding achieves thinner, lighter, and stronger parts without compromise.
With simplified processing and reduced material waste, we can achieve up to 82.5% cost savings per part, which is a sustainable and efficient alternative to conventional carbon fiber production.
Fabric Overmolding
Our fabric overmolding process fuses woven or nonwoven textiles with engineered resins to create parts that combine aesthetic appeal, comfort, and durability.
